Shipping
The prices listed next to the products are the purchase prices of the products, which include VAT and are in Hungarian forints. The purchase price of the products does not include shipping or assembly costs. The price is the price valid at the time of ordering hte product.
We currently offer standard shippings for all orders. Our system automatically generates the shipping cost at checkout based on the weight of the order.
International shipping
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer international shipping. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our staff at home@solinfo.hu!
Types of shipping
Our system automatically displays the types of shipping available at checkout, depending on the weight of the order or the type of product. For certain products, only specific shipping methods are available, depending on the size, weight, or fragility of the product during shipping. If you choose a different option, our company cannot be held responsible for any damage caused during shipping!
The following delivery and shipping options are available for your order:
1. Personal pickup at Home of Solinfo - FREE!
Home of Solinfo store: 1075 Budapest, Rumbach Sebestyén u. 19
Opening hours: Monday - Friday 10 AM - 6 PM
We will notify you of the expected pickup time by email. As soon as your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you by email. If the ordered product(s) are in our downtown warehouse, your order can be picked up within 24 hours.
Please note that orders can only be picked up by providing the order number!
2. Personal pickup at Solinfo Group's external warehouses - FREE!
Solinfo Group warehouse: 1097 Budapest, Gubacsi út 32.
Opening hours: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM
You can pick up your order within 2-4 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Please note that orders can only be collected by providing the order number!
Larger items such as furniture, items weighing more than 30 kg, and lighting equipment can only be collected from our external warehouse!
3. Delivery by courier services
GLS (domestic) home delivery
Available for domestic shipments.
Your order will be delivered to the specified delivery address by GLS courier service within 2-5 business days. The shipping cost is automatically generated by our system at checkout based on the weight of the order.
You can track your order within 1 business day of shipment. The exact delivery date is always included in the confirmation sent by the Service Provider.
Delivery attempts: 2 + 1
Maximum dimensions: 200 x 80 x 60 cm
Maximum circumference: 300 cm (length + 2*height + 2*width, up to 300 cm)
MPL (domestic) home delivery
Available for domestic shipments.
The shipping cost is automatically generated by our system at checkout based on the weight of the order. The package will be handed over to the Service Provider within 48 hours. The exact delivery date is always included in the confirmation sent by the Service Provider.

Maximum length: 100 cm
Total of all sides: H + H + W max 180 cm | L + H + W max 180
+handling fee 2900 Ft
If your order exceeds the maximum dimensions due to packaging, our staff will contact you with alternative shipping options.
4. Delivery by our own carrier
Available for shipments within Budapest.
Delivery attempts: 1
Maximum length: 300 cm
Maximum dimensions: 200 x 100 x 100 cm
Maximum weight: 50 kg
The delivery cost is 17,500 HUF + VAT, which is only valid for the Budapest area. Our staff will contact you after you place your order to arrange the exact delivery time.
Delivery is available Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 3 PM, in one-hour time slots, by prior arrangement.
Our own delivery service will not only deliver your order to your door, but will also take it to the requested location, unpack it, and remove any waste generated. Our staff will discuss your requirements with you in advance. This delivery option does not include assembly or installation costs! For assembly requests, please contact our staff!
A new delivery attempt is possible in the event of a failed delivery due to the customer's fault, provided that the full delivery cost is paid again. The delivery date can be cancelled or changed free of charge within 24 hours prior to delivery.
5. Delivery of larger orders
Available for deliveries within Budapest and the metropolitan area.

The cost of delivery is calculated by our staff based on the size and weight of the product as follows:
Standard size
30.000 HUF + VAT
Maximum length: 300 cm
Applies to products consisting of one part, does not include assembly.
Standard multi-part size
35.000 HUF + VAT
Maximum length: 300 cm / part
Applies to products consisting of several parts, does not include assembly.
Extra size
From 40.000 HUF + VAT
Applies to products exceeding 300 cm in length, installation not included. Our staff will always provide you with a customized quote for delivery!

Prices include delivery to the ground floor. Delivery to upper floors is available at an additional cost of HUF 2.000 + VAT per floor. Please always inform our staff in advance if you require delivery to an upper floor. We reserve the right to invoice the additional cost after delivery.
